A note from the form, from email, or from WhatsApp lands in the office inbox. Someone reads it and writes back on the same channel. There is no fixed hour. Messages that arrive during the day are read in turn. If you include the date, how many people are coming, and which tour you have in mind, the reply can be specific. If the departure is urgent, say so at the top.
On the tour page you mark the date and the option, and the request goes to the office. This site does not charge a card. Once the day and the group are set, the office takes payment separately. A place is not held before that confirmation. What is included, the meeting point, and the length are written on that tour’s own page. There is no single package list for every route. If the date needs to move, write to the office before you pay.
Yes. Write the date, how many people are coming, and the places you want to see. Changing one day of a published tour is fine, and so is building a route from the start. The office prices it from the road and the time. The tour is not fixed until you agree, and payment comes after that step. If the group will be smaller, or a day should stay empty, say so in the message. The plan is built from that.
Turkish and English. You can use the form, email, and WhatsApp in either language. The guide’s language is not the same on every tour. It is written on that tour’s page. If the group is mixed, say who speaks which language. The office sets the guide and the notes from that.
